Fat Bob 08-10 and Wideglide 2010 use Part #6006

In an economic environment that makes consumers count every penny, these three-inch slip-on mufflers offer a way for a rider to customize his bike without breaking the bank. These mufflers offer more features and performance gains than others at a much better price: For example, they include billet aluminum tips, while other pipes on the market charge an additional premium for those. And these tips can be rotated to three positions so the rider can chose either a slash-down look a slash-cut look or one in between.

And on models that use a cross-over on the stock system, the Cobra Slip-ons include a similar OEM-style balance tube to increase overall performance.

These slip-ons come with 2-inch baffles, with optional baffles available to alter the sound. They use a constant velocity baffle design for improved performance, and the baffle also uses a high-density bonded fiberglass wrap and stainless steel mesh, which contributes to a better sound quality.

Though the baffles muffle the sound, they also contribute to the power gains from the mufflers, which are among the highest in the industry. They use the stock mounts, and fit the stock head pipes.

Emissions Notice

The state of California considers aftermarket exhaust systems to be legal replacement parts for non-catalyst equipped motorcycles and/or if slip-on mufflers are installed downstream of the OEM catalysts.

California does not allow the use of aftermarket systems that remove original equipment catalysts, (except for racing use only) unless the Air Resources Board has issued an Executive Order for that system.

For California riders we offer Air Resources Board approved Fi2000 R ARB units. (ARB E.O. No. D-633-1). All other Fi2000 models are not legal for street use in California.
